D.I.S., spol. s.r.o., is a modern construction company providing building, repairs, and renovations of roads, sewer systems, and water mains, and building concrete structures such as small and medium span bridges. The completed projects prove D.I.S., spol. s.r.o. is able to meet all requirements from investors in the area of highway and engineering structures and to carry out turnkey contracts.
The management of D.I.S. spol. s.r.o. is fully aware of its responsibility for the quality, occupational safety of all the staff, and the overall environmental protection. As a result, it developed an Integrated Policy of Management. At the same time, it accepted responsibility for providing and fulfilling the individual items of the policy by providing the necessary resources.
The focus on customer satisfaction complies with the general aims of the company. Both the management and the staff are aware of the fact the company’s prosperity depends on the quality of the services provided. That is why we constantly improve the processes at all levels in order to be a flexible partner for our customers, for which there is a proof in the successfully obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certificates.
The Integrated Policy of Management is regularly examined by the management and falls into these areas:

1) Customer

We want to persuade our customers by the quality of our work and we want to continually belong to the best and most sought-after building companies in the Czech Republic
We want to meet the demands and expectations of our customers in a way that makes them completely satisfied.
Our main goal is to attract even more customers and to improve our cooperation. We want to bring higher satisfaction to our customers by reducing the number of complaints.

2) Organization

The realization of individual processes and the definiteness of the flow of information are ensured by the definition of the organizational relations.
The whole organization is managed in a procedural way.
Each activity influencing the quality of services provided and the satisfaction of our customers is determined by binding procedures, which ensure achieving the required quality.
The quality and mutually advantageous relations with our contractors are reflected in the quality of our buildings. For even higher quality, we will assess our contractors with respect to the quality of their delivery, environmental protection, and sticking to all legal and normative requests.
The whole organization commits itself to fulfil the requirements of valid laws and regulations protecting the environment and occupational safety, as well as all other requirements to which the organization is subject.

3) Co-workers

We consider our co-workers the main source of the company’s success and thus we help them develop through continuing education and constant motivating with the aim to improve the quality, the state of the environment and to increase safety during all processes performed in the company.
Each employee is aware of their responsibility for the quality of their work into the extent of the share of the overall work necessary for carrying out the contracts in required quality.

4) Environment

Constant improvement and increasing of the environment’s quality is a part of the company’s culture -- we pay attention to continual education of our employees.
We apply the Integrated Policy of Management to environmental protection; we save natural resources.
By systematic prevention we prevent accidents and situations, whose consequences could have adverse impact on the environment, employees’ health, soil, water or air pollution.
We want to constantly raise awareness about environmental protection among our employees; we will require the active attitude towards environmental protection from our contractors and business partners as well.
We evaluate the extent of our company’s activities and services on the environment.
Next year, we want to put even bigger emphasis on improvement of the system of sorting and evidence of waste and to pay better attention to our contractors’ adherence to environmental protection.

Constant improvement in the areas of quality assurance and occupational safety is our philosophy; thus the efficient management of D.I.S. spol. s.r.o. expects their staff to be highly and permanently involved.
